On January 11, 2016, SurePure, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the publication of an opinion by the European Food Safety Authority regarding dairy milk treated with the Company’s photo-purification technology. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on SEC Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
