Item 8.01 Other Events

On January 8, 2016, Vapor Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Vapor”), issued a press release announcing that it has terminated its previously announced offer to issue shares of its common stock and warrants in exchange for the outstanding Units purchased in the Company’s July 2015 equity offering (NASDAQ: VPCOU). A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
