Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) will use a slide presentation in connection with investor meetings scheduled for December 1, 2015, December 7, 2015 and December 14, 2015. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
