UNITED STATES LIME & MINERALS ANNOUNCES
REPURCHASE OF SHARES

 

Dallas, Texas, November 23, 2015 - United States Lime & Minerals, Inc. (NASDAQ: USLM) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the Company’s repurchase of up to $10,000,000 of its common stock from time to time in open market or privately negotiated transactions over the next 12 months.  The repurchase authorization may be modified, extended, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
