Item 8.01. Other Events
On November 16, 2015, Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it recently held an End-of-Phase II meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to discuss the Company’s proposed Biologics License Application (BLA) plan for PRX-102 for the treatment of Fabry disease. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
