Section 8 - Other Events
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 13, 2015, Isabella Bank Corporation (the "Corporation") issued a letter to its shareholders announcing that Steven D. Pung will retire as President of Isabella Bank, a wholly owned subsidiarity of the Corporation, effective December 30, 2015. Additionally, the letter announced the appointment of Jerome E. Schwind, currently Isabella Bank’s Chief Operations Officer, to serve as Chief Operations Officer and President of Isabella Bank, effective December 31, 2015.
The Corporation's Board of Directors accepted the retirement of Mr. Pung and appointed Mr. Schwind on October 28, 2015; as previously reported on an 8-K filed by the Corporation on November 2, 2015.
A copy of the shareholder letter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
