On November 11, 2015, the Meredith Corporation Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.4575 per share, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2015, payable on December 15, 2015. On November 12, 2015, Meredith Corporation issued a press release announcing that the deadline for public comment on its pending merger applications with Media General before the Federal Communications Commission has passed with no oppositions having been filed. The news release announcing these events is attached as an exhibit.
