On November 10, 2015, Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for the three month period ending September 30, 2015, entitled “Juniper Pharmaceuticals Reports Third Quarter 2015 Financial Results” (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
