Effective October 29, 2015, Jonathan Waldron resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately, as the Chief Financial Officer of Pegasi Energy Resources Corporation (the “Company”). In submitting his resignation, Mr. Waldron did not express any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
