On October 28, 2015, First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company, and the Company's subsidiary bank, First Guaranty Bank, have received investment grade ratings with a stable outlook from the Kroll Bond Rating Agency.
