On October 22, 2015, TC PipeLines, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing a third quarter 2015 cash distribution of $0.89 per common unit payable on November 13, 2015 to common unitholders of record on November 3, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
