On October 5, 2015, Quad/Graphics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced executive leadership changes, including Steven D. Jaeger, formerly the Company's Executive Vice President, President of Direct Marketing and Chief Information Officer, became Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. A copy of the press release announcing the executive leadership changes is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein.
