On October 1, 2015, First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the completion of the acquisition of First Community Bank, an Ohio state-chartered commercial bank, by First Commonwealth Bank, the banking subsidiary of the Company. Under the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of May 11, 2015, First Community Bank has merged with and into First Commonwealth Bank. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
