Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 26, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) awarded Maxime Bouvat-Merlin, the Company’s Vice President of Worldwide Engineering, a cash bonus of $50,000. The bonus is payable in two equal payments, the first is to be made in September 2015 and the second in January 2016. Each payment is dependent upon the timely and successful accomplishment of agreed upon engineering milestones.
