Explanatory Note
Post Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Form 8-K/A to update the Indenture (2025 Notes) exhibit that was filed with the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 18, 2015 (the “Original 8-K”). Exhibit 4.2 of the Original 8-K inadvertently contained incorrect data in the tables under Section 3.07(d) and in Exhibit A. The corrected exhibit in its entirety is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
