Item 8.01 Other Events
Edgewell Personal Care Company (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 22, 2015 announcing that it will release its third quarter fiscal 2015 financial results before the market opens on August 5, 2015. The Company also announced that it will host an investor conference call that will be webcast on August 5, 2015, beginning at 10:00 a.m. eastern time.
A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
