On July 10, 2015, Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had filed a Registration Statement on Form S-4 in connection with its offer to exchange its warrants to acquire ordinary shares of the Company for ordinary shares of the Company. The Company will make an announcement when it commences the exchange offer.
A copy of the press release announcing the filing of the Registration Statement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
