Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 30, 2015, Cirque Energy, Inc. (formerly known as Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc.)(the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that FINRA has approved the Company’s name change to Cirque Energy, Inc. and a symbol change to “CRQE” effective July 1, 2015.
The Company changed its name to Cirque Energy, Inc. by filing an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Florida Secretary of State on August 15, 2013, and said name change was ratified by the Company’s stockholders at the special meeting of the Company held on June 10, 2015.
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
