Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 8, 2015, Gilla Inc. (“Gilla” or the “Company”) announced that it had received a follow-on order from a client who is an established cigarette and tobacco manufacturer with access to over 150,000 points of distribution across North America and the world (the “Client”). The Client’s order consists of e-liquids, vaporizers and display units as the Company and the Client have progressed the white-label solution to include hardware for the Client’s distribution network.
A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
