CESCA THERAPEUTICS ANNOUNCES MARCUM LLP AS THE COMPANY'S NEW INDEPENDENT REGISTERED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM

Rancho Cordova, CA, June 1, 2015 -- Cesca Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: KOOL), an autologous cell-based regenerative medicine company, today announced that the Company has appointed Marcum LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm. Marcum LLP is one of the largest independent public accounting and advisory services firms in the United States.
