Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 2, 2015, Banc of California, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2015 to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2015. Based on the trading price of $12.97 as of close of market on May 29, 2015, the cash dividend results in an annualized dividend yield of 3.70%.
