On May 6, 2015, Intersect ENT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company’s management conducted a conference call on May 6, 2015 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, to review the Company’s financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
