On May 5, 2015, Isabella Bank Corporation (the "Corporation") held its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The matters listed below were submitted to a vote of the shareholders through the solicitation of proxies, and the proposals are described in the Corporation's Proxy Statement filed with the SEC on March 26, 2015.
