Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 4, 2015, Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed Nathan Stern to the position of Vice President Direct to Consumer Sales. In connection with such appointment, the Company issued on May 4, 2015 a news release announcing Mr. Stern’s appointment. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
