OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
St. Peters, Missouri, April 6, 2015 -- SunEdison Semiconductor Limited (NASDAQ OMX: SEMI) ("SunEdison Semiconductor" or the “Company”) announced today that its 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015.
