Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 19, 2015, WSFS Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Stephen A. Fowle, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, resigned as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company expects Mr. Fowle to continue with the Company through the end of the first quarter. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
