In connection with the Annual Report of Americann, Inc. (the "Company") on Form 10-K for the period ending September 30, 2014 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Report"), Timothy Keogh, the Company’s Principal Executive and Benjamin J. Barton the Company’s Principal Financial Officer, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 1350, as adopted pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that to the best of their knowledge:
