Item 2.02 Results of Operations
For the year ended December 31, 2014, American Express Credit Corporation (the “Company”) expects to report (a) net income of $353 million compared to $446 million for the year ended December 31, 2013, (b) provisions for losses of $202 million compared to $148 million for the year ended December 31, 2013 and (c) a ratio of earnings to fixed charges of 1.63 compared to 1.59 for the year ended December 31, 2013. This information represents preliminary results for the year ended December 31, 2014.
