On February 2, 2015, Select Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Registrant’s results for the fourth quarter and year, including a table of selected financial information, is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
