On January 21, 2015, Cybergy Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) posted on its website a shareholder letter providing an operational and business update. A copy of the shareholder letter is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Form 8-K”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On January 20, 2015, FINRA announced the Company’s name change and stock symbol change on its daily list. On January 21, 2015, the Company’s stock symbol was changed to CYBG from MKHD.
