On January 12, 2015, the slide presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 was presented in various investor meetings by Jonathan E. Lim, M.D., Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ignyta, Inc. (the “Company”), and Jacob Chacko, M.D., Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
