Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 22, 2014, Bruce W. Shewmaker resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective December 31, 2014. Mr. Shewmaker’s resignation was due to health reasons.
