On December 19, 2014, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Regeneron” or the “Company”) and Murray A. Goldberg, Senior Vice President, Administration and Assistant Secretary, agreed that Mr. Goldberg would resign as an officer of the Company effective March 31, 2015 and transition to a part-time employment with the Company effective April 1, 2015. Mr. Goldberg previously served as Regeneron’s Chief Financial Officer from March 1995 to October 2013. As a part-time employee, Mr. Goldberg will receive cash compensation based on the number of hours worked.
