Darden Restaurants, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release dated December 16, 2014, entitled “Darden Restaurants Reports Second Quarter Results; Tightens Adjusted Earnings Outlook for the Full Fiscal Year and Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend,” a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
