Effective as of October 31, 2014, we entered into a second letter agreement with our chief executive officer amending his employment agreement in order to provide for an additional one month extension of the original expiration date of the employment agreement. Our employment agreement with our chief executive officer would have expired October 31, 2014 without this letter agreement. We are currently in the process of considering a new employment agreement for him. No assurances can be given, however, that we will reach an agreement with our chief executive officer concerning our employment relationship with him, in which event we will be obligated to pay him a severance payment as described in Item 11 to our Annual Report of Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 29, 2014.
