Other Events.

On October 27, 2014, ShoreTel, Inc. (“ShoreTel”) issued a press release regarding the rejection by ShoreTel’s Board of Directors of an unsolicited proposal from Mitel Networks Corporation (“Mitel”). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. ShoreTel previously confirmed receipt of Mitel’s unsolicited proposal in a press release filed as Exhibit 99.1 to a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 22, 2014.
