On October 22, 2014 GFN announced that GFN filed a universal shelf registration statement on Form S-3. If and when the registration statement is declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, GFN may offer and sell from time to time up to $250 million of common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants or a combination of these securities.
