Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a PowerPoint presentation that Professor Joachim Schofer, MD, will present on September 16, 2014, at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) Conference, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., with respect to the results of InspireMD, Inc.’s CARENET (CARotid Embolic protection using microNET) trial.
