CTG BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECLARES SIX CENT PER COMMON SHARE QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

BUFFALO, N.Y. — September 11, 2014 — CTG (NASDAQ: CTG), an information technology (IT) solutions and services company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a $0.06 per share dividend on the Company’s common stock outstanding, payable in cash on October 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 22, 2014.
