On September 8, 2014, Dean Foods Company (the “Company”) announced that Rachel A. Gonzalez has resigned from her position as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary effective as of September 12, 2014. The press release announcing Ms. Gonzalez’s resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
