Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 20, 2014, Roderick L. Danielson, President of Supply Management of Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), submitted a letter of resignation from his position. Mr. Danielson’s resignation will be effective 30 days from submission of his letter of resignation.
