On August 22, 2014, MB Financial, Inc. issued a press release announcing that TAYC Capital Trust I will redeem all of the issued and outstanding 9.75% Trust Preferred Securities of TAYC Capital Trust I on September 22, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
