On August 15, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the completion of the Department of Justice’s investigation into potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by the Registrant. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
