Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 13, 2014 Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (the "Company"), issued a press release regarding the results of its fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year financial and operating results for the period ending June 30, 2014, and provided an operational update.
