MDC Partners Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.19 from $0.18 Per Share

 

New York, NY, July 24, 2014 (NASDAQ: MDCA; TSX: MDZ.A) – MDC Partners Inc. (“MDC Partners” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.19 per share on all of its outstanding Class A shares and Class B shares. The quarterly dividend represents an increase of 5.6% and will be payable on or about August 19, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2014.
