Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 18, 2014, Tyler Technologies, Inc. issued a news release announcing that the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, had selected Tyler’s Odyssey court case management software solution in an arrangement valued at approximatley $32.2 million, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
