On May 27, 2014, Maura A. McNerney informed TSS, Inc. (the “Corporation”) that she will resign as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer effective June 27, 2014, in order to pursue other opportunities. The Corporation has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
