On May 31, 2014, Filippo G. De Braud, M.D., of the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, presented interim results from the ongoing Phase I dose escalation portion of a Phase I/II clinical trial of RXDX-101, Ignyta, Inc.’s proprietary oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting solid tumor indications, at the 50th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago, Illinois. The press release, dated May 31, 2014, announcing Dr. De Braud’s presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Dr. De Braud’s presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
