On May 5, 2014, Lin Kuan Liang Nicolas, a member of our Board of Directors resigned from all of his positions of Moxian Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lin’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
