On May 13, 2014, the NYSE MKT LLC informed Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) that it had approved the listing of the Company’s common stock on the NYSE MKT. The Company’s common stock is anticipated to cease trading on the OTCQB and commence trading on the NYSE MKT on May 16, 2014, under the Company’s existing ticker symbol “PVCT.”
On May 13, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing the matters described herein. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
